It sounds basic. It's rarer than it should be. Today we look after builders, businesses and homeowners from our base in Clontarf. Bailey oversees every job, and every job has a licensed electrician on site. Apprentices are never left unsupervised. Most of our work is commercial fit-outs, air conditioning and new builds, alongside switchboards, lighting, renovations, EV chargers and smoke alarm upgrades. ### Licences - Queensland Electrical Contractor Licence 89567 - ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence L180855 (air conditioning) - Workmanship warranty on our work ### Payment Bank transfer or cash. Account terms available for builders. ### Brands we install Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Panasonic, Clipsal, Brilliant, Mercator and Tesla. How we work ## What you can count on ### A booked time, and we keep it You get a day and a time when you say yes. Most jobs are booked within 1–2 weeks. ### The price is fixed before we start No hourly meter running. If something changes the job, we stop, explain it and price it before doing more. ### Bailey oversees every job The owner is involved from the quote to the sign-off, not just the invoice. ### Licensed electricians on site Every job has a licensed electrician on it. Apprentices are never left unsupervised. ### Explained in plain English What we're doing, why, and what it costs, before anyone picks up a tool. ### Left clean Your site or home is left the way we found it, minus the problem.
