# Privacy policy for Moreton Bay Electrical Contractors

Plain-English answers about what we collect when you contact us, and what we do with it.

## What we collect

When you send a quote request or message, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, suburb, the type of job and the details you write, plus your email, property type and best time to call if you add them. We also record the page you sent it from, the time, your browser type, and any advertising tags in the link you arrived on (for example a Google Ads click ID), so we know which ads work. We store a one-way scrambled version of your IP address to stop spam; we don't store the address itself.

## How we use it

We use your details to reply to you about your job, quote it and do the work. We don't sell your details or add you to marketing lists.

## Where it's kept

Form messages are stored securely with Cloudflare, our website host, and sent to our business email. The chat window on this site is provided by LeadConnector; messages you send in chat are handled by that service.

## Photos and texts

If you attach photos to the quote form, they are sent to our business email with your request so we can quote the job. We don't store a separate copy of those photos on the website. If you text us photos, they are kept on our business phone and only used to quote and complete your job.

## Access and deletion

To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, email [bailey@mbec.com.au](mailto:bailey@mbec.com.au) or call [0483 946 725](tel:+61483946725).
